A tour with Chaska

We took a trip with Chaska Tours. At first I was worried about booking online with a company which I didn't know but now I can definitely recommend Chaska Tours. Chashka Tours helped me to plan a tour for 8 people. Our itinerary( customized by Pieter) had us in jungles for 4 nights, Cusco for 2 nights, the Sacred Vally for 1 night, Machu Picchu for 1 night ( which was cancelled afterwards), Lima for 1 night . They were patient with all the changes we made and gave us a professional tour.

The price was about the same as if we booked everything on our own, but I was much relieved having not to worry about the details. The service was good as were the hotels we stayed in. However, we got more for our money than we expected. Our trip to Machu Picchu was cancelled because of flooding (2010) and Chaska offered us to replan the tour at no cost. On his own initiative Pieter booked us into more expensive hotels and added several free meals in very good restaurants to make up our disappointment in not seeing Machu Picchu.

The negative part of our whole tour plan was the person they sent to brief us didn't speak English well and gave us an incomplete information.Otherwise it was an excellent trip! Sarah And Pieter were good folks with whoom we shared some good times.
