You can reach Nazca by Bus. It is a very small town, so there is no flights from other cities of Peru reach here. Though they have a airport, from which you can travel over Nazca lines. They don't have any train line through Nazca. So you have to reach Nazca by Bus only.

If you check the map, Nazca is in Between Lima and Arequipa. So most of the Buses from Lima to Arequipa has stoppage at Nazca. Usually it takes around 6 hours to reach Nazca from Lima. Cruz del Sur operates imperial service in this line. You can also reach here from Cusco, but journey is not a good one, and it takes around 22 - 24 hours. Expresso Wari runs in this route.
