Cuzco Hotels

Machu Picchu has been declared as One of the Seven wonders of the world in 2007 at Lisbon, Spain.

Cusco Tourists Tickets -Boleto

Boleto (Boleto Turístico General, or BTG) is the admission tickets to some sites in around Cuzco. If included sites matches with your plan, it is wise to purchase the Cuzco Tourist Ticket.

  • Staying at Cusco

As I mentioned before there are lot of hotels in Cuzco. Right now more than 100 hotels are fulfilling the growing demand of tourists. I am providing a list of hotels with variety of standards. My list includes mainly hotels around Central Plaza. As it is very helpful to stay around the city center. If you stay around central plaza, you would easily get taxi or public transport. Also if you want to eat outside, you will get access to different type of restaurants around central square. Central square or Central plaza or Plaza de Armas or Plaza Mayor is the center of the city. But if you are interested to be around business center, then choose the hotels in Miraflores. Also I try to include hotels of different price ranges, so you can find the hotel which suits you best. Before you choose a hotel I request you to visit their website (that is why I tried to provide website address of most of the hotels.), because sometimes they offer less tariff. Though most cases hotels try to provide an exaggerated description of their hotel, still it is helpful to visit their site to know the exact location, rooms tariff and other features.

  • Hotels at Cusco

I am giving a list of Hotels below as per the price range.; If it says hostal, it means it does not have a restaurant. But now a days hostals are also offering restaurant. One more thing, room rates usually include 19% Tax, which is for Peruvian only. If you are not a Peruvian show them your Passport, and give them its copy to exempt yourself.
