Inca Mystery

How do they lift those 15 tons stones? How they place those stones so neatly?

If you are going to visit Inca trail or Machu Picchu, may be you have to stay one night in Lima. So I think it would be better if I can write down name of some cheap hotels at Lima. Also I am giving a list of some very expensive hotels at lima.

Lima has certainly hundreds of hotels. Hotels are not much expensive here. If you look below, you would see some cheap hotels have their own website, they even provide free internet services.  Before you choose the hotel, decide on the location, where you want to stay. You have to choose between Lima Centro, Miraflores, San Isidro and Barranco. Lima Centro is the historical city of Peru. You can see the colonial buildings here. Few years back this part of the city was the main attraction to the tourists. But the city becomes overcrowded and dirty. Now Miraflores has become the main attraction of Lima. Most of the hotels I listed are closer from Miraflores. Miraflores is the downtown of Lima. You may get all facilities (Bank, money exchange, public transport, market, restaurant, fast foods.... ) there. Some of the top luxury hotels and shopping malls are located in San Isidro. This district is also a attractive place to stay. Barranco is more closer to the coast, and now a days getting popular with the tourists.

  • Best hotels at Lima

The best hotel at Lima is Miraflores Park Hotel. If you don't want to stay at Miraflores, or if you are going to stay at San Isidro then another hotel of highest quality is Country Club Lima hotel.

I am giving a list of Hotels below. If it says hostal, it means it does not have a restaurant. One more thing, room rates usually include 19% Tax, which is for Peruvian only. If you are not a Peruvian show them your Passport, and give them its copy to exempt yourself.
